PROJECT TERMS

We at Websitica Technologies understand that every project is unique, and we strive to provide accurate estimates and quotes based on your specific requirements and timeframe. However, it's important for both parties to ensure clarity and alignment to avoid any misunderstandings or unexpected costs down the road. Here are some key points to consider:

  1. Understanding and Clarification: We endeavor to understand your needs thoroughly, but it's essential for you to provide clear guidelines and specifications. Any changes or micro-improvements to the functionality may lead to additional costs, so it's crucial to communicate any revisions clearly.

  2. Acceptance of Terms: By accepting a quote, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by Websitica Technologies. This can be done through email confirmation, payment of initiation, or signing a formal quote.

  3. Clear Requirements: It's the client's responsibility to ensure that all requirements are included in the quotes, proposals, or estimates. Any discrepancies or changes later on may result in additional charges.

  4. Complexity and Testing: Any complexities or specific tasks should be communicated in advance for accurate costing. Similarly, if testing needs to be done on browsers or devices other than the standard ones, please inform us beforehand.

  5. Timely Provision of Content: To avoid delays, all website/application content and related materials should be provided within the first two days of starting the project. Delays beyond this timeframe may result in additional charges.

  6. Hosting and Server Related Issues: If your website/application is not hosted on our servers, any additional man-hours required due to server or network issues may be charged separately.

  7. Project Delays and Hold: While we make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeframe, delays at the client's end may impact the schedule and incur additional costs. If you need to put the project on hold, please inform us in advance to avoid administration costs.

  8. Intellectual Property: Websitica Technologies retains the copyrights of all codes written for clients unless otherwise arranged. However, upon full payment of invoices, the client will receive a license to use certain elements of the website/application.

  9. Communications: All communications and correspondences are primarily done via email. It's the client's responsibility to keep us updated with relevant email addresses for seamless communication.

By adhering to these guidelines and maintaining open communication throughout the project, we can ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, bringing your digital vision to life effectively and efficiently.

DOMAIN TERMS

When it comes to domain management, it's crucial to stay ahead of the game to avoid any disruptions in service. Here are some key points to keep in mind:

  1. Payment Terms: All domain registrations and renewals must be paid in advance to ensure seamless service continuity. Failure to do so may result in expiration and potential loss of the domain.

  2. Responsibility for Renewals: It's the client's responsibility to ensure timely renewal of their domain names with Websitica Technologies. We recommend making payments at least seven working days before the expiry date to avoid any issues.

  3. Service Disruptions: We cannot stress enough the importance of timely payments. If a domain expires due to non-payment or late payment, Websitica Technologies cannot be held responsible for any resulting service disruptions.

  4. Payment Requirements: All invoices and dues must be settled in full before we can release the requested domain name for renewal or transfer.

  5. Domain Control Panel: As domains are managed within a common pool account, we are unable to provide direct access to our domain control panel. Rest assured, we handle all domain-related tasks efficiently on your behalf.

  6. Third-Party Providers: We occasionally collaborate with third-party providers to offer comprehensive packages. Changes to their rules and policies may impact the services we provide, so we'll keep you informed of any relevant updates.

By staying proactive and adhering to these guidelines, you can ensure smooth domain management and uninterrupted online presence for your business or project.

HOSTING TERM

When it comes to hosting your website, it's essential to understand the terms and responsibilities involved. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Payment and Renewal: Hosting fees are charged annually and must be paid in advance for the entire year unless the client is enrolled in one of our maintenance packages. It's the client's responsibility to renew the hosting before the expiry date to avoid any loss of files, data, emails, backups, etc.

  2. Renewal Deadline: Renewals must be paid at least seven working days before the expiry date. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from delayed payments, and unpaid hostings are subject to disablement or deletion from the server.

  3. Server Security: Our hosting services are provided through shared and non-shared servers hosted by third-party providers. While we take measures to protect our systems from various online and offline threats, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted services in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as hacking or viruses.

  4. Client Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by the hosting service, as well as the security of their account passwords and applications. Any malicious content or activities may result in immediate action, including the deletion of files without prior notice.

  5. Cancellation and Termination: Hosting cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by email at least one month before the expiry date. Once renewed, hosting cannot be canceled and must be paid for the full year. Failure to renew before the expiry date may result in service disablement and additional charges for reactivation.

  6. Data Management: Clients are advised to download their emails periodically and keep their email boxes within quota limits. We reserve the right to delete emails older than six months during periodic maintenance. Additionally, clients must refrain from using email hosting for inappropriate content or spamming, as this may result in immediate action and data deletion.

  7. Third-Party Providers: We collaborate with third-party providers for hosting services, and any changes to their rules and policies may affect the terms and conditions outlined herein.

By understanding and adhering to these guidelines, you can ensure smooth hosting operations and maintain the integrity of your website and data.

DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY TERMS
  1. Minimum Term: Our packages require a minimum commitment of 2 months to ensure we can effectively implement and monitor strategies tailored to your needs. After this period, you have the freedom to cancel anytime with a clear one-month email notice.

  2. Package Design: Our packages are meticulously crafted to address the digital marketing and strategy requirements of our clients. Each month, specific man-hours are allocated to your project, ensuring focused attention on achieving your goals. Please note that any unused man-hours do not roll over to the next month, and no third-party software or marketing expenses are included in the package.

  3. Fair Use Policy: While we don't formally transfer unused time to the next month, we understand that your needs may fluctuate. Therefore, we operate on a fair use policy, allowing flexibility in good faith. However, any extra hours used beyond the allocated time may be billed separately, and urgent tasks will incur additional charges.

  4. Support Requests: For any support requests, please send an email to support@websitica.com. Our team is dedicated to providing timely assistance and resolving any issues you may encounter.

  5. Payment Terms: Payments for our digital marketing/strategy packages are due by the 1st of every month. To streamline the process, we strongly recommend setting up a direct debit for payment. Please note that a small administrative fee will be charged for late payments or declined credit card charges.

  6. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any fees related to our digital marketing/strategy packages. This policy ensures our commitment to delivering quality services and results to our clients.

  7. Termination: As mentioned earlier, our packages require a minimum commitment of 2 months. After this initial period, you have the flexibility to terminate the service with a one-month email notice. Additionally, Websitica Technologies reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time with written notice to the client.

SEO STRATEGY TERMS

SEO is a dynamic process that requires continuous effort and adaptation. Here are some important points to consider:

  1. Ongoing Process: Unlike website development, SEO is not a one-time activity. If you cease link building efforts, your rankings and revenue are likely to decline over time.

  2. Time-Consuming Nature: SEO is a time-intensive endeavor, often taking between 4 to 6 months to see tangible results, depending on the level of competition in your industry. Therefore, it's advisable to commit to a minimum term of 4 to 6 months for optimal outcomes.

  3. No Guarantees: While SEO strives to improve your website's visibility in search engine results, there are no guarantees of achieving a number one ranking or consistent top 10 positions. Search engine algorithms and competitor efforts are beyond our control.

  4. New Website Challenges: New websites may face initial challenges in ranking until they establish credibility and accumulate sufficient backlinks. This process may be influenced by search engines like Google, which may prioritize established websites over newcomers.

  5. Temporary Boosts: It's common for new websites to experience a temporary boost in rankings for targeted keywords, followed by a settling period known as the "Google Dance."

  6. Fluctuating Rankings: Search engine rankings can fluctuate unexpectedly due to changes in algorithms or competitor SEO efforts. Such fluctuations are normal and may resolve without additional SEO intervention.

  7. Ranking Volatility: Website rankings can fluctuate at any time due to ongoing changes in search engine algorithms or competitor activities. These fluctuations are a natural part of the SEO landscape.

  8. No Timelines Guarantee: While we strive to meet project timelines and deliver results, we cannot guarantee outcomes if SEO work is compromised by external parties without prior consultation. Any unauthorized changes to the website may impact SEO efforts and results.By understanding these aspects of SEO, you can set realistic expectations and work collaboratively to achieve your digital marketing goals.
